Heather Gergen has taken our family photos for years. We live out of state but Heather took my senior photos on the side of the road on a wim 12 years ago and we've never turned back. And now everytime that we have a photo taken we end up saying, "but it's not like Heather's." She is very professional and knows how to get the result that you want.

We highly recommend Gergen Photography. Heather has been taking our family photos for the last 7 years. We've done photos with newborn babies, our wiggly puppy, two excited kids racing around the shoot, in the rain, on stressful days, and all of our pictures turned out amazing! I love that Heather charges for the shoot and we get all of our digital pictures to use how we would like to. She gets a good combination of posed and candid shots. I know several families that use Gergen Photography and they all say great things!

Heather did an amazing job on my headshots- I usually don't feel very photogenic, but she made me feel beautiful. I was so impressed that when my daughter got engaged I bought engagement photos for them and they turned out amazing. From there I also had another 5-star experience with senior photos for daughter #2. Heather made the process super simple- communicated both with myself and my daughter to get our preferences, and the photos were again, amazing. One of the things I like best about Heather is that her prices are all-in. No hidden fees. No "minimum" print orders or anything like that. You're give the rights to your photos. At the same time- she does have a professional lab that you can order nicer pieces through. Plus her turn around time is very reasonable!

I've used Gergen Photography for professional and personal shots. I just received my daughter's senior pics and they are amazing! When photographing people, Heather is easy and approachable putting everyone at ease and getting even people who hate having their picture taking to relax. Both with people and product shots, she has had lots of suggestions for how to arrange things and asked lots of questions to make sure she understood our hopes for each and every shoot. It adds value to the shoot because she just knows what's going to work and what isn't. There's a mistake people make thinking that photography is just taking tons of pictures and getting the right shot because "one of them" will work - Heather knows when to change things up and is constantly aware of the light, conditions, etc. She delivers files in the time frame promised - thoroughly professional throughout the entire process.

Today, as we are sitting in our homes or perhaps working in our yard think about what kind of family photo do you wish you could look at right now? I wish I had more photos of my grandsons hanging on my walls. When we can finally be together, I hope you will strongly consider contacting Heather Gergen to take some professional family photos or if you have a soon to be senior! We need to keep planning for the future!
