Got there 15 minutes before my appointment. Didn't get checked in tell the time of my appointment. They said they starting a new system. If they where starring something new on a Saturday they should of had more people working. Also they asked paper or email copies of the the bill didn't get either.

This is the second time i brought my 23 Tahoe to your dealership and each time i was greeted with great customer service. I bought my truck from Andrew and had the worst customer service ever refuse to go back

Terrible service. We have given this Chevy two chances. First incident my husband came here for an oil change and tire rotation. The mechanics forgot to tighten the bolts when finished resulting in the tire nearly falling off our car when trying to get on the interstate. When my husband went back to have them fix this the staff were making jokes with one another stating Oh did you forget to tighten that? And laughing. No apologies or anything. Second incident: I scheduled appointment for a piece of my vehicle to be looked at due to a recalled part. I was told the appointment would be 1-1.5 hours. I was also told the dealership had a shuttle service for when my car was being worked on. Upon arrival we were told they couldnt complete the necessary work and it would take 3 hours due to short staffing and there was no shuttle service. I understand there are staffing issues a lot of places, but shame on the dealership for not calling people ahead of time to notify them they wont be able to do their scheduled work. This dealership is unreliable and unsafe. We will not be returning and I would not recommend to any family or friends.
