Green Bay Dumpster Rental

We needed to empty our house due to an out of state move and putting our house up for sale. I had been searching for somewhere I didn't have to call and get quotes on prices. I came across this one and was extatic that I could just book online. I have pretty bad social anxiety and it was perfect that I could do this. Also it was the cheapest 20y and longest rental I found which made it 100% better. There was an issue with trees to where I wanted to put it but they contacted me and had me talk to the driver (who was very kind I might add), I was taking a nap as well as screen my calls due to my issue and they thankfully continued to call until I answered. It was nice to get a reminder call for pick up since near the end is was pure chaos at my house with packing the Uhaul and getting ready to drive to SC. They told me there may be a delay with pick which was fine with me but they ended up picking it up on the day I asked anyways. I 100% recommend this company, everything was smooth sailing from the time I booked it online to the pick up. If anyone ever asks for a recommendation I will always give your company name and thank you so much for working with me and your amazing customer service skills!

Very happy with this service. Jim and I spoke multiple times after I did an online order and made sure all the details were worked out. The dumpster came on time and in the exact location I needed it. I needed the dumpster a few extra days and Jim responded very fast to any questions I had. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a dumpster in the future. Service: Construction debris removal

Worse customer service ever. I realize this is a broker service, so they are at the mercy of others. However their communication is so poor it cant be excused! I ordered a dumpster on 8/30 for delivery on 9/1, the dumpster was not delivered until 9/2 at 1:43PM, this took three separate phone calls to make happen. I then called 9/6 to have the dumpster removed and was told it could possibly be done on 9/7, if not someone would call and it would be 9/8. No call was received, so a call was made 9/8 to check status. I was then told it wont be picked up until 9/9. TLDR If you are on a schedule don't waste your time with this company!
