Horrible. Ready to jump ship after 23 years. I was hit by an uninsured motorist and I found out months later it was entered in the database as my fault even though I have documentation showing it was not. I had nothing else on my record and was seeking help in getting it fixed. After months of a Back and forth I was told by Jessica it was fixed. I just found out again it is not. I cannot even get a call back from actual agent. This agency needs a serious lesson in customer service.

1st off I don't have any experience dealing with Cheryl other than the 1st time I went in the office. She seems cool. The real gems are Jessica and John. They sit where you walk in and are both the best insurance people I have ever dealt with. Jessica is smart, funny, and on top of her game. John is equally as smart, friendly, and always willing to help. I could not ask for a better experience from an insurance sales office. Thank you both. Cheers!
