Plumbing Masters

Had a pipe break in the wall of my home last night. Casper weather, ugggh! Called a number of plumbing contractors here, and understandably they were all busy. Again, Casper weather. I clearly was not the only one who was dealing with this. I was referred to Plumbing Masters by a friend, so I thought, Why not? They were able to fit me into their schedule, even with all of broken pipes in Casper at the moment. Their dispatcher said Jake would be by at 11:30. Jake actually went the extra mile to help by making a quick stop by my house while he was waiting on another customer. He came in and high highly gidea of what he was up against. As soon as he got done with his first customer he made sure to come right back to my house. He stayed in contact through out the whole process letting me know what he was finding as he went. Sent me pictures of what the actual damage was, and then was so well prepared, he had the pieces on his truck to fix it right on the spot! On top of all of that, they were extremely fairly priced! Highly recommend Jake and the whole crew at Plumbing Masters!

The best plumbing service in town, hands down! Each time weve had an issue with our water heater, they were able to come out the same day we called, and were able to troubleshoot and fix the issue within a few days.The kindness and professionalism shown to us from the beginning definitely helped us make our decision in choosing them to service our water heater. Thanks again, We will certainly keep you in mind in the future!

Anthony and Matteo did a wonderful job and were able to fix all my plumbing issues. I would definitely call them again and refer them to anyone who needs a plumber.
