On website it states they ship same day. Paid for two day shipping. Four days later nothing not an email or phone call. Logged on to track and says it’s in packaging still.called them and got the run around. Second guy tells “me o it wasn’t supposed to ship until today anyways but I’ll get ahold of manufacturer and get a tracking number “. They do not carry these products in house, they are second party selling these items. $171.87 with $40 2nd day air included here I sit no product. **Updated: now my order won’t be here until October. Bunch of crooks.

NO FATHER'S DAY GIFTS TIL JULY I ordered 2 raincoat & 1pants for Father's Day paid for express shipping get my order Friday only 1 coat/1 pants. It's Father Day & I don't have a my items so I contact the company on June 18 finally get response on June 21 from Reshawn Ullah to be told my item was out of stock & recommend a different coat ok I agree to it & nothing until I contact the company today received a email from Reshawn Ullah say the coat she recommended on June21 was not in stock in size I wanted WTH IT'S JULY 6 & IF I WOULDN'T CALL I STILL WOULDN'T HAVE MY ORDER! I'M BEYOND ANGRY WTH!!!WHO OR WHAT COMPANY DOES THIS WHO DROPPED THE BALL? BECAUSE HAD LITTLE ORDER SO MY ORDER DIDN'T MATTER! MY FATHER DAY GIFT STILL ISN'T HERE!!!

Anything small may be fine as you don't pay exorbiant shipping fees. Even for large packages, you can't do pickup either. Shipping costs is almost 2/3rds the product cost out of province, in-province it's >1/3rd. That's a lotta $ being turned away. I'm trying to give them money but they make it close to impossible.
