    This is not for the employees of AAA but for the company itself. I've been a loyal customer for over 18 years but when I called for a tow for the van I was driving needing to be towed I was told they're policy changed and they no longer towed company owned vehicles. They've towed this vehicle at least3-4 times in the past few years with no questions asked. I didnt mind the fact that I was paying more per year for their service than I paid for 6 months insurance for both my cars. I know somebody was lieing to me when I was first told their policy just changed at the first of this year and later another "supervisor " said it's been the policy for years. The first supervisor who said it just changed wasn't lieing and said I could get an exclusion for this one time and transferred me to another supervisor who never offered it to me just said flat out ""NO, WE WILL NOT TOW IT" but I could if I paid an extra fee to add it to my policy. Can you say" highway robbery?". When I asked for each ones supervisor instead of giving me their supervisor they'd pass me to one of they're coworkers who would get more and more single minded with the policy having been changed anywhere from last month to a couple years ago, they said whatever each one wanted to say. I have Progressive insurance now who for $10 a year gives me 6 services per year as opposed to the 4 I got from aaa. For a company competing with regular insurance companies you would think they'd try and help the customer. I was even told they'd never towed this van before but when I contacted the towing company they have it on record of towing it last spring and paid for by aaa. I wont and you shouldn't do business with a company with "supervisers" who lie to us customers and just to try and make us pay for services they previously included but now charge extra for. To the first supervisor, thank you for at least being honest and trying to help within your limits. To the ( most) of the other supervisors you all suck. But thanks for the previous 18 years of service when you actually helped us customers. For everyone else check with your insurance company's almost all of them offer extra services either for free or at very low cost extra services. My refund will pay for over 6 months of my insurance, thanks for that aaa.

    The girls at the office are great very kind and have good conduct . They have helped tremendously after I was pulled over at 30th and synder in the west part of Cheyenne
