With my mom in the hospital and my dad over the top preoccupied with that situation, he asked me if I could please pay a few bills for them. Farmers insurance was one of those bills. I first contacted a Casper office, the gentleman I spoke with there was able to ascertain which office I was needing to contact. I called the office of Steven Salazar and spoke to Jay. I've got to tell you, I was absolutely blown away by his kindness, his empathy and above all his customer service. We've all been extremely worried about my mom and, he went out of his way to not only provide excellent customer service, but thoughts and prayers as well, I just can't say enough, I when I think about my conversation with him and his graciousness and what he offered to me in the way of customer service, or anything else we might need, I get a bit emotional. what an OUTSTANDING individual.
