Our lease just ended with Legacy , and I must say that every part of the experience from the approval process to maintenance to moving out was absolutely great! We have had bad experiences with property management in the past , but Legacy was terrific all the way around.

I'm not going to write a detailed review, because the last time I did that, they deflected responsibility by leaving out every detail that made them look bad, and of course you can't respond to their replies. Please, just trust me and do not rent from this company. Even if they're your last option, do not rent from them.

Update: Firstly I told you I didnt want to provide you with services any longer due to your lack of communication and because you expected quick shoddy work from me. Every time you ever complained about how long my work had taken it was something I explained to you I was doing and you approved. What youre talking about is likely over a 40hrs an entire man week on an office spruce. Had you ever considered that maybe that office was in very poor shape and couldve use a 40hr week? No because you would never listen to me about what needed done. I never padded my hours Ive always explained that I take my time to do things right Ive asked and have proof of you authorizing me to do work you later claimed i took to long on and was stealing time. I acknowledged in the review I was an independent contractor. I had never offered your employees drugs I offered him a dip out of my chew can and he refused. You were provided with my invoice for work I had completed (snow removal) where another contractor was present to verify I was there. Theres no dispute with anything except you being cheap and not wanting to pay me my dues after I refused to work with you any longer. The fact that youre rating is 2.8 stars and the majority negative reviews speaks volumes about your character and integrity. Unprofessional Experience and Disappointing Business Practices As an independent contractor, I have had the opportunity to work with various firms across numerous projects, which has allowed me to understand and appreciate the importance of professional integrity, clear communication, and respect for quality workmanship. Unfortunately, my experience with Legacy Property Solutions fell significantly short of these expectations. From the outset, the expectations set by the firm were unclear and often changed, making it challenging to ensure the quality of work that I pride myself on delivering. Despite my efforts to clarify these expectations and adhere to industry standards, I was frequently urged to cut corners and expedite processes in a manner that compromised the quality and sustainability of the work. This approach not only goes against my professional principles but also undermines the value that such work is meant to provide to the firm's clients. Moreover, despite my commitment to maintaining high standards under these challenging conditions, I encountered unwarranted accusations regarding my work ethic. Allegations of "stealing time" and inefficiency were both surprising and baseless, given the additional effort required to maintain quality in the face of the firm's demands for shortcuts. Compounding these issues is the matter of outstanding payments for completed work. The firm's failure to fulfill its financial obligations, despite the delivery of contracted services, is not only unprofessional but also disrespectful to the time and effort invested in their projects. In summary, my experience with Legacy Property Solutions was marked by a disheartening lack of professionalism, respect for quality workmanship, and basic business ethics. I would urge others in the industry to approach engagements with this firm with caution and to thoroughly document all agreements and communications.
