Worst company ever.hydro seeded lawn 2 yrs in a row. Didnt work. Third time they never showed for broken sprinklers or lawn. Know zero about landscaping. Want half money up front and the other half as soon as they are done whether it worked or not. Never call first or just dont show up. Still owes me refund but not holding my breath. Its all about the money for owner. Never again!!!

We used Pawnee irrigation for two years and kept having problems with our irrigation system. During that time they charged us an unreasonable price as we continued to have problems. When we called them numerous times and told them about the problems we are having the receptionist was extremely rude and basically told us they worked on it and did the best they could. We also told them that when they come to our place they need to call us so we can meet them there to make sure our dogs were in the house. The last time they claimed they were at our place and charged us they obviously did nothing to the system, or as far as we know we're not out to work on it. We then had another company work on it and they were appalled as many of the sprinkler heads were watering the road, many of them were broken and one of the sprinkler heads was not getting water due to the pipe being inappropriately placed. After spending about $500 with the other company to repair what Pawnee was unable to fix our grass has finally gotten green and looks amazing. My suggestion is that if you need an irrigation business do not use Pawnee. Service: Irrigation system repair & maintenance

Very responsive! The staff at the shop are friendly and helpful. They have a great selection of sprinkler system parts available. I left my contact info with them so I could have some work done at our hotel. The owner replied that same week and even stopped by to have a better look at things. Called him back today and he answered! It's difficult to get in touch with contractors cause they're so busy. It's sincerely refreshing to speak with a professional. He had the answers I needed. Thanks folks!
