        May as well be a big bank. They don't care at all about their customers. you are just a number to them. Ask for help and they will quickly tell you that they're done speaking with you. Very transactional. I would recommend literally any other bank in Jackson over Meridian. The VP of the Jackson brach is a poor representation of our community.

        The lady that answered the phone was extremely rude and impatient with me, whenever I would go to say or ask something she would interrupt me and not let me say or ask really anything

        These folks are the best! Always helpful, even when I didnt know I needed help. Saving me money, but helping me earn it too with great rates on loans and savings/checking accounts.
