        I live out of town and send my mother flowers twice a year. I specifically asked for no carnations and the arrangements sent was half carnations!!! Not a hard request to ask for and it could not be followed. When I called the store about it, the rep asked "and what do you want me to do about it?". Requested for a call back from management, it's been over a month and no one has called. I won't be doing business with you again.
