        CEO and board member were recorded saying heinous things about the mentally ill in the Hot Springs community. CEO intentionally violated HIPAA and was cited and continues to threaten and harass the victim. The CEO also was recorded saying she knows her female therapists bully and harass other healthcare workers and she did nothing.
