We had booked 2 rooms a month and a half ago. When we arrived the night of check in, the front desk clerk stated there we no rooms. She was rude, obnoxious, dismissive, and acted like she was more inconvenienced than we were.
Silver lining, while we were waiting for this unprofessional, unpleasant individual to answer the door, we got a good view of the grounds and the occupants. Based on what we saw, the businesses idiocy saved us the inevitable stolen property report with the police department
