I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Furniture Factory Outlet here in Warsaw. We have been looking for a comfortable and reasonably priced sectional for such a long time as our current sectional had outgrown our needs. After visiting many retailers in the area we were disheartened with our shopping experiences either due to price gouging or quality of the items we were looking for. We just so happened to stop in last Friday and we were blown away with whole experience! From the beginning, as we walked in we were warmly welcomed by Sheri who was just as friendly as she was knowable! It felt like we were talking to a friend not a sales consultant. Sheri made the experience so comfortable as we never once felt rushed, pressured, or overwhelmed to make a quick decision as I have felt while browsing at other retailers. We took our time making the right choice for us and the entire time the team was very personable, kind and supportive as they all helped to ensure that all of our questions were throughly answered and our needs were met (and then some!) There were no gimmicks, no extra fees, and no hassle. The sectional that we ended up choosing came with a matching ottoman included and it was at a great price! The team loaded the sectional in our trailer for us with ease and we were able to take our brand new sectional home same day! We truly appreciate all that they put into this store because it really made a world of a difference for us. It may seem silly to some to rave about buying a couch but when you had the experience we did it may make you change your mind on that! If you are in need of furniture, I would recommend this store to anyone as we have never had such a wonderful and straight forward experience. She and her team went above and beyond to ensure we received the perfect sectional for our home without stress and I couldn't be more grateful for them!

I had the privelage of working with Sheri and the team. Sheri goes over and beyond to make sure you are considering all the options. She had so much patience with me and was easy to work with. She also made sure I got exactly what I wanted and the best deals. I am very pleased with my furniture and would highly recommend working with Sheri!
