Great store with an amazing staff. They offer tuxedos in almost every size, and have an large selection. Staff is extremely friendly and willing to help in any way possible. Prices are also reasonable. Best place to get a tuxedo in Winchester.

Wedding party was shorted the number of tuxedos ordered. The groom was chasing down the final tuxedos the day before his wedding. The store delivered the missing items just hours before the wedding. This was after being told any issues could be fixed in two hours or less. I did measurements for my husband because we are not local to the area or any of their recommended measurement places. I spoke to someone at the store and got specific instructions on how to measure. To be safe, I added to the inseam length just to make sure they were long enough. Pants didn't even reach my husbands ankles. He changed as soon as the photos were done because he was so embarrassed. Almost all of the suspenders for the groomsmen were broken. The clothing looked cheap and old. We paid less than $100 per rental. I don't know what a typical rental rate is, but if this is low- I assure you it is because you are getting what you pay for. Spend the money and go to someplace that has quality clothing and can deliver the correct items (and correct measurements) in a timely, professional manner.
