Considering all these factors, I have come to the conclusion that I cannot support a company that demonstrates such a clear disregard for their workers. It is essential for companies to prioritize the welfare and satisfaction of their employees in order to provide exceptional service. Until this company takes the necessary steps to address these issues and show genuine care for their workers, I will not be able to support or recommend them. 1. Workers are underpaid, affecting the quality of service. 2. Lack of mileage reimbursement for workers using personal vehicles. 3. No provision of a company car for extensive driving tasks. 4. Rushed and subpar workmanship due to the expectation of completing jobs quickly. 5. Lack of appreciation for the hard work and dedication of employees. 6. Workers have to purchase their own equipment instead of being provided by the company.
