Beautiful timber bridge, shared by cars and hikers alike. The Basin Road Trestle Bridge leads to the Mount Roberts Trailhead among other points of interest.

Extraordinary views and awesome trails. Only accessible by your willpower. No food shops, coffee trucks, or tourist buses. My favorite Alaska!!

Best time is when it's warm and can see the salmon swim up stream.
