Not very limited mobility friendly. Unless you want to use a very steep ramp or stairs, the elevators are located the furthest possible distance from parking.

This is a place to have a picnic in the middle of a subdivision. Since there is no parking I feel safe to say it's for residents only. Beautiful small area.
