5 stars! Very clean and well run gym. Lots of great equipment, friendly atmosphere and many fitness resources.

Great place to go to but do not, I repeat ever deal with Whitney she is a real piece of work. Avoid her at all costs!!

They are highly recommended for goodness who want to reinforce their discipline, exercise, and learn about martial arts.
