    We absolutely loved our experience at the staybridge in Thornton, CO. From Christina at the front desk with her sweet smile and inviting ambiance to our gorgeous room with enough room to feel like home, I loved the kitchen with a full fridge stove top and dishwasher it really helped us save money on meals during our spring break trip! The kids had their own room and bathroom which was nice when my husband and I like to go to bed early! Housekeeping was so helpful, anything we needed Amber was there to help out from clean towels to extra pillows and I love how on top of getting garbage out of the room she was(especially for a family of 4)! The first night we Barbecued on the gorgeous patio which is located right next to the pool so the kids could swim while we cooked dinner then enjoyed eating on the patio with our family. It was so nice that the tables were big enough that we all could sit around the table and enjoy the beautiful weather! Also I have to give a shout out to Gloria in laundry for how nice it was to always have clean towels at the pool! I know we went through so many! When it was finally time for bed the beds were so comfy with down pillows and soft sheets. I found comfort in the simple clean decor with calming colors. But lets also talk about how nice the bathrooms were a bath in the double bed room which was a plus for the kids and a gorgeous shower in the king bedroom big mirrors and bright lights plenty of counter space to get ready with all of my products and hair tools. The two room suite was a win for our family! Next morning we made it down to the delicious complimentary breakfast from Belgium waffles to scrambled eggs and a whole fruit bar and my favorite the fresh pastries, Anna made our mornings worth waking up early for! last but not least I must say, way to go the GM Jaylene! I have never seen such a happy place to work you really take care of your employees and it shows in their work! This was 5 star experience for our family, so thank you for the great memories we made ! We are hoping to make this a every spring break trip close enough to enjoy Denver but far enough way to not deal with the traffic!

    This is a good hotel. Very nice building and rooms. The only building issue was the bathroom vent is falling down. Easy fix. The problem is that the staff is very poorly trained. Beware: They will take and throw out your personal property during your stay. Most hotels will only throw out what is in the trash until after you checkout. This hotel will throw out your property that is not in the trash can. They took and threw out my medicine cup. It is not a disposable cup. It is a dishwasher safe cup that I've had for multiple years. I am not talking about throwing stuff out after you check out. I'm talking about throwing your stuff out on the first housekeeping visit during your stay. It was an obvious dishwasher safe cup and they took it and threw it out without explanation. It was left on the counter. When we came back, it was gone. In a different room, my daughter placed some unused clean napkins on her night stand and they took those too. They made the beds and dumped the trash, but then cleared the table and nightstands. I need the cup to measure my medicine and had to just wing it after that. When I checked out, I advised the front desk clerk of what happened. She said she was the manager, but she did not appear to have any customer service training as a manager. She said she would talk to the housekeeper who was new. She never once offered to replace the cup. She never asked how much it would cost to replace. Her attitude was that she would talk to the housekeeper but any loss I incurred as a result of Staybridge employees were on me. I replaced the cup for just shy of $20.00. No one has tried to contact me. I've been a manager for over 18 years. When an employee of mine makes a mistake, I make it right with the customer. No excuses. I make the customer whole, plus a little more for their inconvenience. I lost personal property by their employee and I was not even offered points. I'm being extremely generous with my rating because the hotel is the nicest Staybridge I've been to. But someone needs to come in and do some serious employee training.
