Wendell, ID Park

The state did a good job setting up this parking lot. Its nicely paved and now you can park very close to the canyon rim.

Park was very nice. Lots of shade.

Small hike, not difficult but do be careful. Good views at the bottom, significant poppy smell.

This place was really cool and lots of little places to park and look around. Beautiful spot to see

Park is nice, parking is VERY tight! Actual restrooms are nice, tired of Port a potties.

Came down a steep road, past a hydropower plant to the unprepossessing entrance to the park. Had a great hike here. Trails were not taxing but the views were spectacular. ... more
