Knowledge helpful and friendly

Its a new problem with my card every week and even getting my card they lied to me about it being lost which is why it took forever.

Incredibly slow and inefficient. Drive thru should be speedy, that's the purpose. Waste an entire lunch break just waiting in line. Ridiculous.

The ATM is ahead of a teller box in the drive up lane, it makes no sense when it blocks people from using the ATM quickly.
