Canceled my account because the prices are insanely high. They charged me for another month even after canceling because that's their "policy". Horrible company.

Horrible company. I cancelled my service (because they're way overpriced) and they charged me for another month.

Xfinity makes it impossible to get actual help with a live person. If you have any other option for service, use the alternative.

Friendly staff, sometimes you have to wait for a couple minutes for your turn.
