Couldnt be happier with the service Edit to add: The owner saw my voicemail before they even opened shop and called from out of state to make sure I knew how to shut off the water until someone could get to us. Luke and Kevin at Grass Lake Plumbing did a phenomenal job on a plumbing project for us. They worked with our HVAC folks to coordinate logistics and installed a new gas water heater (previously was electric), well pressure tank, water softener, and RO system. Not only did they do a great job on the actual installs, they took the time to explain everything to me afterwards and also found and repaired a leak in a newly installed gas line for our furnace (which was done by a different company). I can't say enough good things about our experience with them and will definitely be using them going forward for any plumbing needs. Services: Water heater installation, Faucet installation

On the first day of school, (Sept. 6th 2022) we woke up to no water. I frantically called many local Plumbing businesses only to be told none were available that day or even the next day. One place was even booked out for a whole MONTH! After leaving a message at Grass Lake Plumbing, Kevin returned my call with in minutes and did some trouble shooting with my husband over the phone, which helped diagnose our issue. It was a problem Kevin believed to be coming from the well pump. He said no licensed plumber would have been able to touch this job. This job could only be fixed by a licensed well driller. Kevin then recommended Terry Martin from Wilton Well and Pump Services. I immediately called him and they were at our house and replaced the well pump by 11:30 that same morning!! Now thats great service!! Thank you Kevin for taking time to troubleshoot our issue and also for recommending Terry Martin of Wilton Well and Pump Services! We couldn't recommend these 2 businesses enough!!!

Luke did a fantastic job replacing our hot water heater and building a shelf for the pressure tank above it.
