The apartments are nice, a bit older. Lots of fees with rather high taxes. But good area. I believe they are a COOP so be mindful if looking to buy.

Spacious, very nice apartments. Very fair in terms of rent. Superintendent will do anything to help a tenant. Zero complaints.
