Las habitaciones tena mal olor , el hotel no le sirve la lavandera , duramos medio da sin agua y al otro da solo haba agua fra en las duchas !!!

No hot water in our room, shower mostly came out of the tub faucet instead of the shower head. Heater/AC unit squealed all night until we finally turned it off. Locked in rate 2 months ago and paid in full upfront $140. Was then billed $280 and charged an additional $100 for having a service animal. Will be engaging the Better Business Bureau to report this scamming hotel.

We stayed 4/6/2024. My family loves it here. The pool and hot tub were terrific. Breakfast was so filling. The staff was so friendly. I recommend BW Liverpool/Syracuse to everyone.

While waiting in line I heard somebody ahead of me mention no hot water. I did not think of it at the time. Turns out we were also given a room with zero hot water and could not reach front desk for the extent of our stay as the phone just rang. The pool room has black mould all over the ceiling even more so above the hot tub where the ceiling is cut open. There were also no towels both time the pool was used Upon checkout, the complaints were addressed and a formal complaint to the filled out and to be given to the hotel manager. No response was given for nearly a week and the reply from hotel manager was not a phone call but simply generic email filled with lip service about the inconveniences and that it would be investigated. There were several attempts to contact manager Kerri over the phone but never returned any calls to date. *** Take note the pictures of the pool room coincidentally crop out all views of the ceilings ****Also, queue the generic response to my review where they pretend to care and will do an "investigation" Noteworthy details: The worst hotel ever
