Very friendly and helpful was a relief. As a side note, as my GPS was a bit confusing, the Access Point is inside of Advanced Auto, just go to the front desk and ask.

Drivers are constantly failing to do their jobs. At this point you're better off waiting for Santa to deliver your packages than you are this ups location.

They deliver your packages to the wrong address. This is not the first time. FedEx and Walmart don't care about the little people at all.
