We are vendor hired back in May 2023 to do work and replace 2 commercial size water heaters. Since there are elderly people we had act as a emergency and the person approved the work told us that we will get paid after 30 days. So this 1 Star review is written because it is October 2023 and we still did not paid. We send numerous emails , calls , certified letters and it seems like we need to bring that to the court. So if you are vendor please think back again if you want to service that location!

This review is to help any vendors servicing this place! We did work for them in May 2023 as a emergency water heater replacement and we were aware to get paid on time we agreed on Net 30 so will not put the names of the manager gave us the approval to the work because per Google policies this review can be flagged and removed. But person initials are A.W. so it is the end of October 2023 and we still did not got paid. Last we did we send a certified letter and we are in process of putting lien on the building and get this matter to the court.
