Great place to fish. Brush along the shore is pretty much taken care of and trimmed. You can fish from anywhere around the Pond and a great new floating dock.

A great little park in the middle of nowhere!

Small playground but its not shaded over the swings or the climbing area. Restroom were a bit stale and smelled of urine.

Bugs and stuff that can kill you but not as serious as across Lake Phelps which has been here forever - unlike us.
