What an incredible company! I called for service on my furnace in the morning and the wonderful dispatcher was understanding especially since I was traveling from out of town. She shepherded the service to the time we would be arriving and literally minutes upon arriving the service tech Seth pulled in. Seth was amazing, very knowledgeable, helpful and did NOT try to upsell any unnecessary equipment or accessories. Definitely signing up for the service plan and will request Seth for all appointments. Thank you folks very much!! Customer for life now!

My furnace was tripping the breaker and shutting off on the coldest weekend this year. I called atlas butler and after they took a short look at my furnace they immediately tried to sell me a new furnace for 11k. Seeking a second opinion, I called Favret and they sent Charles out to take a look. He was able to diagnose the issue immediately as an issue with my breaker box and NOT the furnace. It was fixed within 5 minutes. Favret was honest, professional, and was able to fix the issue and not immediately try to extort me. Thank you Charles.

Fantastic company. Managed to help us track down and quickly install a new boiler when our old one failed. Very knowledgeable staff who are always willing to go above and beyond. Highly recommend!
