I must take a moment to express my heartfelt appreciation for the wonderful team here. A special shoutout to Melissa and the entire maintenance crew for their exceptional work. Their dedication to keeping our building not only impeccably clean but also visually stunning does not go unnoticed. Moreover, the politeness and professionalism of all the staff members contribute to a warm and welcoming atmosphere that truly makes this place feel like home. I am incredibly satisfied with my living experience here and would recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to live.

Great apartment complex. Everyone is very nice, very helpful and generally in good spirits. Never had any issues and maintained requests are usually resolved within 24 (business) hours. No complaints.

Prior to moving to 80 on The Commons last August, I toured countless other properties in this area. The apartments are beautiful and well crafted. The location is stellar and close to so many attractions . The office staff and maintenance team have thus far been responsive, helpful, and professional. The building is cleaned frequently, and I love the safety measures in place to prevent others from roaming around the building and floors they don't reside on. They've updated the community room and it is beautiful and functional for an alternative place to work remote or relax. My only complaint so far has been the cost of my electric bill during these winter months but that's a story for NEC and not the property. It's a very solid choice if you are looking to move in the Columbus downtown area!

I have been residing at 80 on the Commons for a period slightly exceeding four months and have observed that it surpasses every other downtown apartment complex nearby in terms of exceptional quality and construction. The attention to detail is truly remarkable, from the soft-closing doors to the soundproofed walls. The presence of commercial space within the building may contribute to the utilization of commercial-grade materials, even in the residential units. The leasing staff and maintenance personnel consistently display a high level of attentiveness. As a resident on a higher floor, I am thoroughly pleased with every aspect of my apartment, including the breathtaking downtown city view and balcony. The location strikes a perfect balance between tranquility and proximity to vibrant nightlife and fine dining establishments. Undeniably, 80 on the Commons is a sophisticated luxury apartment complex, both in terms of its residents and staff. I wholeheartedly recommend 80 on the Commons as an exceptional place of residence.
