        The good reviews are paid reviews. This used to be a great place before Harbor took over. Theyre an online only company but randomly block your account preventing you from paying rent so that they can charge you fees. I absolutely love my home but I hate these people truly. They do not have any knowledge of property management, fair housing laws, and any local tenant/landlord laws. They violate your rights left and right. We have put in several work orders that remain unaddressed. There is never a consistent manager. There are new people left and right. They falsely advertise the units versus what you actually move into. This company is a joke.

        Not so much about the actual apartment, but there are a lot of entitled people who feel it is ok to park in assigned covered spaces all the time. Often these are painters or maintenance, many times guests. Also rent goes up all the time, with no improvements to the inside of the apartment. Vehicles should be towed if they are parked in assigned spots. Addendum: management and James in maintenance are exceptional.
