    Previous Resident from May 2022-May 2023. We have not received any confirmation of our REFUNDABLE security deposit of 1 month rent that has not been reissued to us going on 3 months now. Have been calling and emailing the property manager, the regional manager, and their corporate past resident relations of TOWNE PROPERTIES NEARLY DAILY and no one can give us an answer or even bother to call or email us back. The only person to be helpful is Kim from the townhome/condo division, otherwise the management and upwards have been negligent, incompetent, and overall an absolute disappointment to have to continue to deal with. Basement flooded TWICE with sewer water and Kim was the only number to 1) pick up and 2) actually help schedule the extraction team when my own property manager couldnt even do so. Security deposits legally need to be issued 30-45 days post move out and financial move out statements need to be issued 7 days post move out to contest charges, of which NEITHER have been done. RENTING WAS A NIGHTMARE AND POST-RENTAL EXPERIENCE CURRENTLY IS A NIGHTMARE. Save yourself the time and future trouble and rent elsewhere.

    Has passed through several different managers and companies in the one year we lived there. Getting in contact with management for any reason is a nightmare and it is even more difficult now that we have moved out. Sewer water backed up into the basement and the emergency maintenance number didn't work. The only person who we could reach was from the town homes side of the business and then after the flood got clean up and half the carpet torn out for drying, they never replaced the carpet. We have not been moved out for 90 days, and even though we left the apartment spotless, of which I have video of my last walk through before turning in keys, THEY HAVE NOT SENT US OUR REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT. We have contacted almost a dozen different numbers and emails to no avail. We have been completely been ghosted and robbed of our deposit.
