        The clerk at the front desk is very rude. I have a warranty through silver rock and once mentioned you can tell she was irritated because the representative did not explain the process in order to get my claim filed. As she was explaining the process I had questions and the fact she had to repeat herself multiple times made her grow even more frustrated. As Im standing in the lobby waiting for my diagnostics she stated can you sit down, I dont like ppl just standing around, this is why I prefer drop offs I said listen maam, I have adhd and I am anxious right now. sorry if Im distracting you.She walks outside and tells the worker to stop the diagnostic and to come back when I can leave the car. I try to support my ppl but they wonder why we go to the white man to get the job done. Please learn how to put your emotions to the side. Especially when it come to making money. Definitely left a bad taste in my mouth.

      Hi Jessica, We apologize if you felt I was rude. I did try several times to explain the process that SilverRock had already explained to you and I don't think you was comfortable with the requirements to leave the car. Unfortunately, we do not control the terms of your contract and therefore can only advise. I simply restated the same thing you were told by your warranty company that "SilverRock have 24 hours to approve or deny the claim after we submit the outcome of our diagnostics therefore we schedule warranty claims as drop off appointments" You mentioned you need to know how long because you need your vehicle so I asked the technicians to run a scan to give us an idea of your repair needs so we would be better able to advise how long it would take us to complete the repair once approved by SilverRock. You did mention you had ADHD and would not sit. Having been made aware of your medical condition, I left the office to get the results of the scan and how long they thought the repair would take. I then let you know based on their findings we would need you to reschedule when you are able to leave the car. Thank you for considering Turner Auto Service and providing your feedback
