Take 5 Car Wash

I went to this location because I had a membership. My membership was from Springfield Ohio. Come to find out it said that I was active but had no information at all whatsoever on me. I had to pull up where I paid for the membership and then had to sit around for like an hour and a half until they tried to figure out what was going on. Never figured it out. Told me they will get the information that they need and fill in my information that should have been already filled out by Springfield GooGoo car wash. And then, I had to mess with the fact that my friend came trying to get on my unlimited family plan and somehow got her to pay for one wash that cost you $25 and after all the trouble I went through I figured that they would understand that she meant to be put on my plan. Regardless, I guess I have to contact corporate because of Springfield screw up

Awesome staff. I vacuumed my keys and the two young men working that day were so helpful and kind during my moment of freaking out. Car wash facilities were clean and effective. Thank you again for your assistance and kindness

Website says free vacuum, sign says free vacuum, but when you get there... it's not free.
