Auto Title West - Franklin County Clerk of Courts

Website stated by appointment only. Made appointment for 12:45 and arrived and checked in at 12:42. I only have a 1 hour lunch break and figured I would be back in time. I had to leave at 1:15 to ensure I wasn't late for work. I am writing this at 1:30 and still no notification that it is my time to be helped. They also allow people to check in without appointment which I believe caused me to be so delayed. I am very disappointed in the service at this location and misinformation on their website about needing an appointment when they clearly help walk-ins pushing appointments behind.

The folks at this agency are super! Great approach to their work, with good patience with troublesome customers who sometimes need special assistance. Also they treat their auto dealer work professionally and with appreciation for timeliness and extreme accuracy! Simply the best!!!! Their security guard is super too!!!!!
