My wife and I did a new build 4 years ago and RiteRug was the builders flooring contractor. We wanted to add some additional hardwood in our dining room to match what we had installed in the other areas on the first floor. Made a call to the nearest RiteRug store and the rest was history. The sales consultant looked up our address and verified what was originally installed. I gave him the room dimensions and in less than a week we had a beautiful matching floor installed in our dining room. The installers were timely, courteous and professional about leaving your house never knowing they were there. Couldnt ask for better service. Thanks RiteRug!

I was very disappointed with installation job. When the installers left I went to touch the floor and there was a layer of dirt over the entire floor and it took me and hour to clean the floor. The flooring around a pipe was also not done neatly. They cut the flooring inside my home so Im not sure if this caused a lot of the dirt. I did let Rite Rug know and they said they would talk to the guys so this would not happen to anyone else. When you pay extra for installation you expect better service.
