Our whole process with them was seamless! From beginning to end it was all flawless. Great contact via phone calls and emails, measurements in person were great and the installation of the granite was carefully done and excellent. I would recommend them to others!

Cant recommend enough. This was the 2nd kitchen we have remodeled and we are so glad we worked with Crafted Surface and Stone this time around. Great selection of product and quick turnaround for install.

I am very pleased with the whole process, from sales (Nick), installation (Gus and Nicky) to their recommended sub (Dave). The quartz looks very good installed. The installation was professional and the area was cleaned up too after the work. We went with a "cement" texture anticipating the type of heavy use we do in our kitchen with cooking. Ron, Nick, Kevin, Rich, and everyone on the team did an amazing job from initial conceptual design all the way through to installation. After searching for much needed expertise with our completely new bathroom we couldnt be happier with the outcome and the value we received. Thank you very much!

If there was a way to give 1/2 a star here I would. This company is unprofessional when it comes to communicating with their their customers. I ordered granite counter tops in February and after eight weeks they are still not installed. I had to keep emailing asking for updates for them to tell me six weeks in that they were short staffed and were weeks behind. When they finally gave me a date for install my countertops were magically in an accident and when I spoke with the operations manager he didn't even offer to rush my countertops in. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone!
