        I have been a member for 7 years and can't say enough about CFGV. The coaches are phenomenal and the class selections are abundant. The workouts are always varied and never stale. I am in the best shape of my life thanks to CFGV. Great community and social events as well! Highly recommend!

        CrossFit Grandview is an incredible gym. I have been a member for 7 years. The coaches are knowledgeable, friendly and so helpful and supportive! The programming is fantastic and takes the guess work out of the whole gym experience. I love the community of the class structure and social environment. They even have showers for us who are on the go and make it easy to squeeze that gym time into your schedule! PT in the facility has also been crucial to keeping healthy and improving fitness goals. Shout out to Brandon who has created a one of a kind gem
