        Other comments might lend the thought that this gym is geared towards kids, just want to say if you're an adult in your late 20s/30s or even later trying to get (back) into it you definitely can here and they are very welcoming!

        This is a great gym with friendly knowledgeable staff and fun classes. There is a new expertly planned gym layout with a different lesson each week and you can tell that the instructors are passionate about teaching. Overall I like the space, the people, and enjoy the workout.
