We had our vents and furnace deep cleaned, and the team explained everything, showed me the progress (before and after), and even finished the job ahead of schedule. The technicians were personable as well as professional, answering my questions, and even showing me how I could perform some duct insulation maintenance myself. Without any doubt they are the best!! The day did not start out very well we had problems with our furnace. Luckily for us we are a member of Pavilion Heating and Cooling programme. This made it easy as one call to Service Legends a tech came to our home and worked relentlessly to solve not only the problem that we called about but other problems he came across with the furnace. At the end of the day all is good Kim parted with a handshake and I couldn't be happier!

I would definitely recommend Pavilion Heating and Cooling to anybody. Their customer service is outstanding. Our technician was top notch. He was very knowledgeable, kind and professional. He was also very hard working and cleaned up after he was done.I was very impressed with their work.Will use them again.

After having a furnace issue, I had a random reputable company come out and tell me what was wrong and give me an estimate. After shopping estimates, Pavilion Heating and Cooling gave the lowest price. The technician came out and was very professional knowledgeable and honest. Turns out the issue that the first company said I needed to replace for hundreds ended up just being a clogged hose. They will be my go-to furnace/AC repair company going forward.
