Great service - initially a new tech was sent but he needed a little assistance so another more experienced tech showed up and helped finish the repair

Nothing has changed. Sears Heating & Cooling tech Josh continues to provide stellar service for my heating and air conditioning units. I feel very fortunate to be able to depend on Josh to advise of any problems with my system and have the knowledge needed for the repair. This is a great company that has the wherewithal to hire, educate and keep talented people. I continue to use Sears Heating & Cooling for all HVAC needs. Josh is a very gifted technician who delivers honest and professional advice. Sears Heating & Cooling will not disappoint! Sears Heating & Cooling is the best! We have been using their services for several years through their fall/spring service program. Josh is our technician and we look forward to his visits at least twice a year. Our Shih Tzu, Bella, wishes he would stop by weekly! We completely trust Josh and his ability to explain any heating/air conditioning problem in layman's terms.
