John and his crew from Upgraded Roofing are the real deal. He was very friendly, informative, helpful, professional, and punctual throughout the whole process. The roof was replaced in the time it was promised and it looks great. The cleanup was perfect also. No nails or debris and everything that was moved was put back into place when finished. I had Upgraded Roofing install a new roof about a year ago and was extremely impressed with their level of responsiveness and service after the installation. The entire process was easy and smooth - no high pressure sales. They were patient and answered all of my questions. But even more impressive was the level of service I received after the installation. I saw something this year, called Rich and he was out the same day to take a look. It turned out to be nothing with the roof but he took the time to explain exactly what the issue was and how to fix it. I highly recommend Upgraded Roofing for anyone in the market. Good morning Richard and Shawn, I just wanted to send a quick note on the roof you did for us last week. From the beginning the project was smooth and painless. For the install we had some apprehension on not being in town during that week. Shawn was great with helping us through it, he stayed in contact and even sent us pictures during the job. Since we were not in town we had friends taking care of our pets, they were amazed at the efficiency of the crews, and the care they took to move items as they worked around the house. Not only that, but they could not believe when they showed up the following day to see that it looked as though no one was here. They had their roof done several months back by one of the large well known roofers in central Ohio. They are still dealing with issues from that install, and have had a hard time getting communication back from them. Also they are still finding debris on their property. I walked around and found nothing a few days after your crews were here. To go along with the quality of the work, Shawn was amazing with working with our insurance provider to get us the best possible result. Thanks again to the entire team on a job well done!!
