Does anyone answer the phone at this number??? I am simply trying to confirm receipt of a background check for a client and have been calling and leaving voice-mail for days with no response and no answer. A government agency has no representatives to answer their calls???

Elderly homebound person needs updated state ID to obtain benefits. State ID's extended to July 1, 2021 due to COVID19. BMV not doing homebound visits. Ohio Department of Aging refers to county area agency on aging who has no knowledge of the program. No ID means no benefits!

Business Response on Google May 11th, 2021
Hello Beth. We know this is particularly frustrating because, right now, access to home BMV registrations is very limited. However, please give us a call at 1-800-266-4346 and ask to speak with Erik Harden. He needs to gather a little more information from you that he can relay to the appropriate staff at the Ohio Department of Public Safety. Hopefully, we can help resolve this issue with you. Thanks.
