Only issue is once a year they claim my payment did not go through and they call after they give you a late fee. Then some how my auto pay goes through

James has gone above and beyond for our Storage needs! His customer service is top notch!

Keep raising our rent, several months in a row. No security, one camera on gate. The fence is a joke. The doors are thin sheet metal, the walls are not secure at all.
