        Someone put a post-it note on my door saying that they had a bomb. These people are psychopathic. someone also screamed help me outside a few weeks ago.

        Will be spreading the word far and wide about this terrible place. It has to be illegal what they are charging on move out for clean, well taken care of units. They charge you for every single little thing and have even claimed false things. I've been a renter many places and this is the by far the worst experience. It's wrong.

        BEWARE!!! They will overcharge you insane amounts when you move out, regardless of how clean you leave the unit! We cleaned for days ahead of leaving and it was completely empty, yet they not only kept our security deposit but are charging $500 MORE than that. It is ridiculous. We are taking them to court, but please be aware you want to stay far, far away!

        One star is being generous. I will be letting everyone I know to not rent from this Rental company. How on earth can you think upping rent $100+ every year, providing little to NO perks for their renters, making lies, and on top of that, keeping deposits on a CLEAN apartment after leaving will get you a positive review? Again, one star is generous. Dont rent from them.
