Even before Covid , customer service has been poor at this location.

Less than a star. Needed one simple email printed on regular paper and she wouldn’t do it.

I feel comfortable to shop at Office Depot /OfficeMax as it is easy to find stuff, items are reasonably priced and stores are conveniently placed.

The ladies behind the counter was very helpful and would recommend office max to my friends if they need business cards printed
