        Rachel on check in was delightful and very helpful she's a great asset to You're a company. We would stay at Radisson in a New York minute if Rachel always was at the front desk. Rooms: Very large comfortable looked brand new clean everything you want.

        The staff at this location were very nice. The room was big and comfortable. The lobby was freezing. We had a hard time keeping our room warm as the wind blew right though the windows.

        My room door had pry marks and broken latch from being broken into. Place is in dire need of maintenance upkeep. Bed was so bad I slept on the floor the last night. Housekeeping came in and didnt clean room or make bed just changed towels. The lobby is definitely deceiving DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!
