clean, decent room. i suppose deposits are the new normal in washington, never had them elsewhere. the main issue was that on the day we were checking out, front desk opened our door without knocking. thankfully i had the locks engaged, because i was not dressed!! front desk (a man i had never seen before and a woman) began trying to enter again, yelling and banging, and i had to assure them we would check out at the normal checkout time in 2 hours for them to go away! treated like a squatter for no reason, he may have gotten a peek of the goods too! be careful in this one! housekeeping was a gem. love them, pay them more. Walkability: close proximity to bus stops and stores. not a bad hotel by itself. i suspect new management plays a role in their shitfest.

Beyond filth. Room, bathroom, and door to room kicked in and not completely repaired. Customer Service=0 Not family or kid friendly or safe.

Ugh, where do I start... The hotel itself is BEHIND Safe Harbor Apartments, for anyone wondering why there's no hotel in sight when you pull in. I've been to some questionable hotels before, but never have I ever had to put down a $100 CASH deposit for a three night stay. My room had visible mold on the ceiling, bug feces in the curtains, and it took almost 24 hours for room service to get my partner an extra blanket. Oh, and don't lose your "breakfast voucher" or you can forget about getting a meal on site. Terrible experience overall, you might have better luck at a Motel 6.

Complimentary breakfast...if you're okay with loading up on carbs...yeah. Absolutely no protein to be found two mornings in a row. And the second morning...we didn't even get the regular service. They packed bags that I took a picture of. The wonderful lady that checked me in was helpful every time I needed assistance. She is in NO way included in this not so gracious review.

Wish i could give zero stars I dont know where to beginStaff is unprofessional and extremely unhelpful . Rooms smell of pee and weed very strongly. Dont waste your money!
